For a couple weeks now I can’t use my plex with my phone or tablet always showing my pc with shows and movies is offline, I’m sitting right next to it computer on plex online but still nothing and I’m getting somewhat peeved because you have no call in tech support and i have paid for the plex service.
Would you mind sharing some more details on your setup?
- What version of Plex Media Server do you have installed and what version of Windows are you running it on?
- What mobile platform are we talking about – do you use a native Plex client for that platform (which one, what version) or do you run Plex via the mobile’s browser?
- Do you also experience this issue while connected to your local home network or only while outside that network (e.g. via remote access)
- Do you experience the same issue with other clients?
I update the plex when it pops up so am not sure of the version but my home pc is running windows 10.i have never had this problem and it seems to be with android systems my Samsung A20 my samsung tablet.
It happens on all networks be it at home my data or at the gym . I can be watching a movie on plex on my pc at home and try with my phone still shows offline. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it on all and no difference
What kind of Phone are we talking about?

Are you playing in the phone’s browser or via a Plex client app from that phone’s app store?
Is there any way to speak to technical support? I can’t this resolved . It works perfectly on windows system either my own or another it just won’t work on any android systems be it a Samsung tablet or phone.
The forum here is the only place to do so.
Have you already tried logging out from the Android client, maybe even uninstalled it and logged in from scratch, re-connecting the device to your account?
Yes uninstalled reinstalled and still no good
