Bug in Plex Android Player

I have a Plex server running on my PC.

AppleTV app is connected and able to play.
Android app on my tablet is connected and able to play.

Android app on my phone thinks that my Plex sever is offline - but is obviously not since my other devices can see and access it.

I have tried reinstalling the app on my phone multiple times and clearing the cache and data under the app settings. Any ideas if there is something I can do to fix it?
