I recently migrated from years of Kodi over to Plex a couple of weeks ago, and signed up to Plex Pass to get the added benefits, to find that my viewing across 3 of my Fire Sticks is unusable due to clearly a known issue… Is anyone at Plex going to let us know what is happening with this clearly documented issue on the Community Forums??
I’m having to run an old version of the app as a work around, but that version lacks the Refresh Switching feature, so my content still isn’t in sync with my Display refresh, again, not an ideal situation to be in, especially when you’re paying for the product.
I disagree with many of the comments from users in the above Community Forum post, in that i like the new UI, its just unacceptable for a fundamental problem to still exist after 2-3 months, especially when the Fire Stick/TV is a very popular platform.
What’s going on PLEX?
