I have a ‘voice’ remote that I have been using for some time that has been working good, except it sometimes stops working, requiring me to hook up a keyboard and re-pair it. I ordered one of their ‘basic’ remotes, which I actually like better (I have never used the voice function), but while it paired fine, it doesn’t do anything (none of the buttons work). One would think they would be functionally the same except for the voice function… Does anyone have any thoughts why the basic remote isn’t working?
