An Error Occurred Loading Items to Play

There is a TV Show series I have recorded in my son’s library that he is unable to play. I went into Plex Web app and tried to play it. First of all the Album art is just black (also black on the Roku client). When I click play I get a Playback Error.

I will say that when I initially set up the recording I had it accidentally go into my library. I caught the issue after the first recording and the next four went into my son’s library. I could play the one lone episode under my account but the other four in my son’s library were giving off the error above when he tried to play it.

EDIT: I thought there might be a conflict with restrictions so gave another user access to the library and they are getting the same issue.

Checked the admin account to see what would happen and I DO see the album art AND the video plays but I have to click the play button on the album art. It says No Episodes where the episodes should be.

Restarted computer that Plex server resides on and issue still persists.

I do believe I fixed this using the following post. I did not have optimized versions initially but since I am optimizing the entire library they popped up. When I get home I can test it out on Roku.
