ATV give me “An error occurred loading this content.” when i click play on some movies(mkv or avi). TV shows and another movies playing fine. All movies with this error on ATV works on plex web or plex for samsung or plex app ( win apple or androut)

Can you please try with the most recent PlexConnect version, which includes support for AC3 ? The version that you are using does not support AC3 and this may be the cause of your problem.

updated to PlexConnect 0.5-dev-230417 , but same error

There is a new parameter Dolby in the ATV Settings (the ones that you setup in the ATV after entering PlexConnect) that you should put Off, unless you have equipment that can play AC3 / Dolby

disabling Dolby works fine, but error still ocurred.
Where i can find 1.9.3 rpm?
i found it in history
