Impossible to get help with “Error code: s1001” (Network)”
Well I it seems I am in the same boat as everyone else with this error in the forum.
24 hours went by and for what I can see support do not take this kind of issue most threads with this error are left for the crickets.
I contacted Plex and the reply was to get support here, but it is non existent.
I guess I’ll take the refund on my Plex pass and move to something else, I wanted to like Plex but this thing you folks have going on not responding to your clients is a big let down.
I found the solution to my problem, for anyone with issue this resolved my problem…
Plex does not play the stream.
Plex DVR is not compatible with all streaming formats, most problems are incompatible audio codecs. In this case it helps to use FFmpeg as a buffer and changed FFmpeg parameters.
xTeVe Settings → Stream Buffer = FFmpeg
FFmpeg Options:
-hide_banner -loglevel error -i [URL] -c:a libmp3lame -vcodec copy -f mpegts pipe:1
