Same issue with managed users on updated PLEX server running on Windows 2019 platform. Version 1.24.0.4930 Node1 - [2x E5-2630v3, 2.4GHz, 8C] [128GB] [300GB]

Same issue - and it’s not just the Shield, Plex on my MiBox has the same issue as on my Shield TV Pro. Plays fine on my Roku. (Windows Server here)

Same issue here… Running server on windows 10. Fully updated. Unable to play music on any user but the primary on nvidia shield or on Google chromecast tv box. I have an older Android box with an older version of Plex that is able to stream fine.

Check out the other post I started and linked earlier in this thread. A solution was found that helped. Enabling downloads for the managed user fixed the issue and seems like there will be a fix for it eventually.

Update: After upgrading PMS to 1.25.1.5286 I no longer have this issue on my android device. I don’t know if it was the upgrade or the restart of the server/docker container that helped. But it now works both on and off LAN. — Original message I still experience the problem on my OP6T when using …
