No luck with new version 
I had this issue. Did you check how much free hard drive space you have for your C:\Users\ winuser \AppData\Local\Plex Media Server . I found I had about 5 or 6 gigs left during the day on my solid state hard drive but found I was running out of disk space at night by looking through the Plex Media Server.3.log. Plex couldn’t communicate it to me other than through the logs.

I have a 256GB SSD as my OS drive with about 50GB free space still. Should that be enough to transcode with
3 tuners? I upgraded to a 3 TB drive for storage a couple of days ago because my 1 TB disk was filling up quickly. Both internal SATA 7200RPM
Are the logs you posted from yours or mine?
I did a search like this for all of the lines that read ERROR.
All lines with the string “ERROR” are in the file below
Well, I haven’t received this message in a while, I gave up on plex for a while and came back to see if this issue was gone. Although Young Sheldon is on channel 19-1 which I have duplicates and this may be part of the issue. I need to find out why plex records the 19-1 channel that is scrambled instead of the good one.
