Anaylize VS Rrefresh Metadata - The Date of the Video File is different

This particular issue is driving me nuts. Some of my older MPG video files (not all) when anaylized by Plex will grab an incorrect date and year in 2019.

When Refresh MetaData is used the correct date and year of 2008 is found (which is what the created and modified date is set at).

How can I fix this? What property is Anaylize using to determine this 2019 date?
