"Other Videos" Library Year keeps Changing

I have my home videos setup as a “Other Videos” Library.

For the older videos .mpg ( from mid 2000s) if I refresh the Metadata it pulls out the correct year of when the video was created but if the same Video is analyzed it switches to 2019. How can I fix this?

As of right now when I filter by year I get a lot of old videos which say they are from 2019.

BTW this does not happen to the photos from the same camera.

Anyone have any ideas. Why would Anaylize and Rrefresh Metadata credit such a difference?

Plex Support? Why is this happening? Are you looking into this?

It appears to be just mpg movie format (not all of them though) affected. The created and modified date properties are set to a date in 2005. Here is the xml after it is analyised by Plex
