Hi, I have one specific (older) android tablet that can’t find any libraries via the plex android app. I have a local plex server (also enabled for remote access). If I use Chrome on the same tablet, I can connect to the server ok via the webapp, but performance isn’t as good as through the app.
Other Android devices on the same wifi network can access the server without issue.

I can see that it can’t see him connect to the server, yet other devices on the same network can. Secure connection is set to “Preferred” not Required on the server.
It’s also worth noting, until recently I had a much older version of Plex server installed and this tablet could connect to that server OK. I recently upgraded to new hardware for the Plex server, and a newer Plex server version, and haven’t been able to connect via this tablet since.
Any suggestions on what else I might try?
