Hello.
Plex on mobile says “No libraries found”
What works:
Local, plex on Android tv
Local, plex on Iphone
Local, plex on Android
Remote, Plex on Android tv Remote, Plex via browser, via puplic ip. (didn’t test local, guess it works)
What dosent work:
Remote, plex on Android, via app.
Remote, plex on ISO both Ipad/Iphone, via app.
I have the Plexpass, and the devices are signed into the same account.
I am not sure what to do anymore, i hope somebody can help me out.
On Android, click on your image at the top right, select settings, then about at the bottom, then download log at the top. Attach that file to your response.
Your log indicate the app can’t find your server using a local address. It’s not even checking for a remote connection. Basically it doesn’t realize you have a remote server. Are you sure you are logged in to the app using the same account on your server?

I have Plex home, i see all the other profiles.
Just FYI, in plex it says “Fully accessible outside your network” (it dosen update to something new, it stays the same)
I did try to reset cache on my app (Android)
I did try to reinstall the app (Android)
I did try to restart my phone (i testet other phones, they dont work either).
EDIT:
I have UPnP enable, and the port is open.
I did test with manually open the port too.
Look, i fixed it.
I tried with dns duck, it didnt really work.
I did 2 things
I remove the server from my account.
Then the server connected automatic to my old account, old email.
I deleted the old account
The sever connected to my new/current account, and now it works.
