PMS is accessible by the LG TVs and via browsers on laptops on my local network, but not from the Android or Apple apps on the same local network. I’ve tried clearing the Plex app’s cache and storage, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I’ve made sure Network settings are correct which include GDM Disovery is enabled and I’ve permitted local networks (e.g., 172.16.0.0/12)..

I’m experiencing a persistent issue where my Plex Android app is unable to access my personal media library on my Plex Media Server. This problem started a few weeks/months ago and has continued since. Previously, everything worked perfectly on my mobile device.

Adding “http://192.168.1.100:32400” to the Custom URLs under Settings > Network, fixed the issue for me. I had “https://plex.example.com” and “http://plex.example.com” which apparently didn’t work despite resolving everywhere else on my LAN.
