Multiple Android plex clients (Pixel 3 phone, Asus tablet, Chromecast with Google TV) are failing instantly (no video plays at all) when trying to play a stream remotely. When on local network everything is working okay. They fail on WiFi (not even getting into cellular data at this point).

- GPU is Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
- CPU is Ryzen 9 3900x
- 32GB DDR4 ram
- Win 10 Pro
- PMS Version: 1.23.4.4805
Plex is accessible remotely both through app.plex.tv and through my custom domain. I can stream remotely using a web client, even on the same device which is failing with the Android Plex app.
Server limits remote streams to 3 Mbps (also tried 8 Mbps), but my internet upload speed is only 10 Mbps. Tried automatically adjust on client as well as setting to 2 Mbps.
HW Acceleration is on, although I tried with it off as well. Pretty sure I tried switching every option available in both Network and Transcoding sections.
I attempted to by bypass my adguard dns server on both server and client to verify it wasn’t blocking that part of the connection.
I used Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove any artifacts from old GPUs which may have been installed previously.
I experience this issue basically every time I travel away from home, although 5% of the time things will work. It doesn’t appear to be based on the video that I am attempting to play, but instead when I attempt to play it. Meaning the same video that failed yesterday might work in 3 days. I’m not sure when this started but I believe around the time the “new player” was forced on us.
There are no other simultaneous streams in process when this stream is attempted. Here is an example from the logs, which seems to be pretty consistent whenever the failure happens.

Seems as I am not the only one with this issue, although I only recently discovered in the past couple of months.
