Android Device says server is offline (port-forward)

Hello, my server was configured with port forwarding 32400 just today. I wanted to try remote access, I tried using an android but after signing in, turn off auto sign in, turn on manual connections, reinstalling and restarting. I’m out of ideas with no specific help to be found.

Server still says offline on my device. I did have another server connected to it before (this was the reason for my first issue setting up the server) but I don’t see how this would matter on a player device.

Static IP is enabled for the server device through my router FYI. I had issues with UPnP so I went with the portforward.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m a newbie to server hosting but have enough tech knowledge to understand definitions.

There must be a bug in new versions - Remote Acces has always worked for me, now from one day to the other it doesn’t. 1 minute Plex server says remote acess is ok, next minute it fails…and so on…

Bummer :frowning: I just set mine up so I havent had the pleasure. I figured I just did the port forward wrong but the fact that it’ll work for 5min after updating is fishy.
I’ll let you know if I find anything or vice versa. I’m thinking it’s a firewall issue since UPnP shouldve worked but I’m not experienced in security so I’d rather wait for advice.
