Remote access issues after port forward/turning off firewall.

Player Version#:9.9.0.35519
Plex media server after port forwarding 32400 (internal and external) and redirect to the machine running the server itself, and after turning off the firewall, shows in browser that it is fully accessible outside network but on any external player, the server is shown still as offline.

Any other issues I may have missed or need to consider?

Have you verified if the port forwards are properly working? Sometimes the remote access status indicator can be off or briefly displaying it’s alright while it’s still checking the server’s remote availability…
Edit: is the remote access issue specific to your Android or do you experience the same on different players (e.g. using Plex in a browser on your phone)?
