It seems after I had to change my password that when I use the Plex app to connect it always show my plex server offline.
I know it is online and working fine.
After you did that (and you ticked the check box to sign out all other devices), you usually have to
- reclaim your server into your Plex account
- sign out every single client from your Plex account, restart it, then sign back in
