Android Download Problem

Player Version#: 9.9.0.35519

I’m having problems downloading from Android apps. In IOS it works correctly without problems, in android it gives a download error. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, tried everything and it doesn’t work.

Can someone help me?

I have solved the problem. What I was trying to download had multiple versions, so I separated them individually and the download worked perfectly. I think this should be fixed in plex.

I had same issue, and even the debug log from my android tablet was not helpful. Sure enough as soon as I removed a second version my download started.
