Downloads are not working.
Here are some facts:

I had to reinstall Plex media server but downloads were working on the server installed on this same computer and network before.

Downloads only don’t work on Android both Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra but do work on my wife’s iPhone
Here is what I’ve tried:
- clearing app data
- clearing app cache
- Reinstalling mobile app
All I see is the error message shown in the attached photo. Can someone help me figure out what is happening here please?
