Android downloads fail

I am unable to download items using new Downloads. The download appears to get to 100%, but then it says the download failed and I should swipe to delete or tap to retry.

I am trying to download to an external SD card. After a failed download I cannot see any files in the /Android/data/com.plexapp.android/data folder, but I can see a bunch of empty numbered folders. I thought this might be an issue with a corrupt SD card but I replicated it with two different cards.

That does look like the issue, the download files are getting chunked even though the SD Card is formatted with exFAT. I will await a fix.
