Other android mobile works fine.

What sorta file is it? what video codec does the file have? You can look a the plex media info to find out. Woudl likely need the android logs from the app on device after you reproduce the issue.

Here is the media Info.
I have recorded the file with plex LiveTV. THe Xiomi phone plays other files, but nothing which I have recorded with plex.
It starts. I can hear the sound but no picture and then it stops and shows a spinning wheel on black screen.
My son has an realme phone which plays the file.
