So I want to preface that the following all work without issue.
Windows App
Google TV app
Windows Web
Mobile Web
Playing directly with my server.
The issue solely lies on the mobile app(s) I can produce it on every first launch on my Android and I have a friend seeing the same thing on his iphone. Wifi or data behaves the same
What happens is the app loads for the first time and my Server/Libraries does not appear just the free plex content, if I go to libraries I see “Uh oh something’s not right, sorry that didn’t work. You may not have access to the media server” and a back button.
If I wait aprox 30 seconds, my server comes up and everything is working fine, not a huge deal I know but this seems to be new behavior.
Things I have tried.
-Shutting off plex services and deleting the 4 registry keys and logging back in. -no change
-Re-claimed my server using the CMD line with services off. -no change
-Deleted mobile app data and brand new log in with my MFA using email not google. - no change
-Removed redundant friend’s libraries that I haven’t accessed since creating my own server. - no change
-Optimized Database -no change
-Refreshing Metadata on all my libraries. -no change
The only behavior of my own is I have been deleting partial seasons and replacing them with full ones lately for one show specifically but have replaced about a hundred files this way, that’s why i did the database optimize and metadata refresh but no luck.
This is the android log error is seems to be generating based on the huge delay
