Android Mobile Sync Not Working

Mobile Sync doesn’t seem to be an option in android mobile anymore? I’m no longer seeing the download button - existing downloads are still available in downloads area, but the button to actually download on the details page of both tv shows and movies is no longer there. Was this feature taken away? I can’t find anything in the “300+ help articles” or with a forum search.

Latest version of Plex for Android.
256GB space with over 100GB available (and recognizes as available within the plex app)

I see the option on my phone. Have you tried a restart?

I have tried a restart, unfortunately the same result.

After I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app, the download button reappeared. Although it’s the same version of the mobile app, now the button is available. I don’t have the faintest clue about the reason for the discrepancy, but for anyone else who has the same issue, I’d suggest a reinstall.
