Android Offline- Can't Connect to Server

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3711
Player Version#: 8.10.0.21911 (9219e3c2)

I am able to connect to my Plex server via Samsung TV apps and Rokus; however, on an Android tablet and phone, the server shows offline.

Confirmed that all are on the same network / 192.168.1.X subnet. Uninstalled the Android app. Cleared data / cache, but server is still unreachable. The devices do show up as “Authorized Devices” in the server with the correct timestamp of when I tried to access the server via the Android app. What’s causing this issue?

Inbound firewall rule looks like this:
Protocol type: TCP
Local Port: All Ports
Remote Port: All Ports

I forgot the network and reconfigured a static IP address on one of the devices and it has temporarily fixed it; however, this has been a recurring issue the past few weeks. Any reason this would keep happening?

This is still happening after several server and app version updates. Any help is appreciated.

Still happening on both devices after multiple android app and server updates. Essentially unusable to me on mobile.

They’re not gonna do sh*t dude. Quite a number of us been complaining about this issue since forever. Goes to show you how much a PLEX pass is really worth.
