Android Phone / Android TV playback issue (Automatically adjust quality: On)

Server Version#: 1.20.1.3252
Player Version#: 8.6.0.20351

Hello,

I have issues with playback having my attached settings below if I use slow internet, I will have to set the quality manually to make it work during the playback or it will buffer forever. but, if I’ll use fast internet everything is working well because the automatic adjustment of video quality defaults to the original quality.

Any idea or help, please?

My Client Settings (Android TV/Android Phone):
Video > Burn subtitles: Automatic
Video Quality > Adjust automatically: On

Hello, anybody wants to help me with this? At least somebody would tell me that this issue has been acknowledged by the kind Plex Staff already, it will help a lot for the peace of mind.

This issue is a little bit frustrating.

Thank you.

Ok. Can you reproduce the failed playback then provide me the logs from the Plex for Android TV app and from your PMS? Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support and Plex Media Server Logs | Plex Support

Edit - How are you testing using different internet speeds? Do you have 2 internet connections or from different locations that have different internet providers?

Hello @anon18523487, I sent the Android TV app and PMS logs through direct message.

Thank you.

I have 2 internet connections from different provider in same location.
