I created a post in the Android (Mobile) subforum at the beginning of this month but haven’t had any responses (to give help). So I am posting here and I’m going to link back to that and also put what I wrote there here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/243521/another-sync-issue-thread#latest.
Additional info: I’m running Plex in a standard jail on a FreeNAS machine and I am on the latest version of the Plex server.

Of note, he was able to get 4 different tv shows to each (1 episode from each). However, now he can’t get past downloading the next episode of one of the shows as he gets a message that there is an error with this item from my server.
As I usual add when I make a post requesting help, let me know if there is anything else that is needed. If more logs are required let me know and I’ll coordinate with my brother to get them done and then upload them here. If any other information (not available from the logs) is needed ask and I’ll do my best to answer the questions.
So, just to add to what is quoted above. I had my brother use the internal storage for his tablet instead of the micro SD card he was using. He has a 128 GB micro SD card that he uses for his tablet. It’s formatted as exFat, so based on some research he did and send me I wanted to make sure that wasn’t the issue. After moving to the internal storage and trying to sync 4 TV show episodes he still received an error. He sent me his logs from tonight when he saw that error (the best time frame I can give is 9:51 PM or earlier, as 9:51 is when he noticed the error). I have included my logs from my server, however I had some activity on my server so I included all the server logs I had.
Thanks in advanced for any help given. Also, if a moderator could merge the other thread with this (or close it maybe, not really sure) would be nice to have it in one place.
