This has cropped up here and there on the forum over the years but without any robust guidance on the root cause, and also substantially long enough that raising it again is worthwhile.
I’m running PMS in Docker. Everything works beautifully, except my Android clients have all stopped loading any images from the server at all.
I have a Philips Android TV (55OLED805), an NVidia Shield, and a Wowoto Projector, all running The Plex Android TV client - I don’t have the version number to hand, but they’re all up-to-date.
iOS clients - iPhone, iPad. Desktop client apps for Windows and Mac OS - all work just fine.
The artwork was working for a short time on Android, but then it just stopped showing up. An app update came through a few weeks back, so I updated on all three devices and it worked again, but only for a couple of days. So far all I’ve tried is deleting the Plex Cache but this doesn’t have any effect.
I’m not sure what to do next or where I should be looking for clues. Any pointers to get me started, or further info I can provide to assist in determining if this is a bug please let me know,
