Android TV - Playback does not start

Hi guys,

I’m having trouble with playback not starting for .mkv files. First I updated the server to last version last night, and i updated the Plex App on my Philips Android Tv from the Play store.

When i try to play certain mkv files, the orange circle just spins around forever, no error no nothing. I tried to transcode the files for TV, with the same result.

If I copy the mkv file on a stick, the built in player plays it no problem.

How can i debug this issue?

Hi dumitrudan608,
if you want to share the logs, go to settings > Troubleshooting > Download logs, but please don’t change log setting to verbose. :slight_smile:
