Plex not playing MKV files after latest update

Player Version#: 8.30.1.31022

Having an issue since I updated my server version - MKV files are not playing (they load but they don’t play, so they just hang on a frame) unless I reduce the streaming quality significantly. MP4 files seem to play fine. Anyone else having this issue on Android TVs?
