It looks like plex on my Sony Bravia got updated, and subtitles no longer work. I know that it’s updated because the interface to select subtitles is different. Neither supplied subtitles nor external subtitles work.
One thing I did notice is that if I press back during playback of any, I’ll see the subtitles appear for a split second before going back to the plex show selection screen.
Nvm, the latest version I specified must’ve been updated since I experienced. Seems to be reverted to old interface.
This happened to me today but yesterday I had the new interface. Why would it change all by itself? The new interface has a much sleeker look and lets you look at the file details but the old one doesn’t although it seems to stream better, strange.
I Got the same problem with my Plex app on Sony TV. Subtiles shows for a split second when pushing back Button. I cant make the app show subs anymore.
