After updating my Apple TV to Version 15
any show I play on Plex app the subtitles start to disappear after few seconds or once there is silence on scene it won’t play the subtitle again

I am just chiming in with my +1 on this situation. My setup is slightly different, I am also on Plex App version 7.24 on Apple TV but I’m on ATV OS 15.0. The subtitles just…stop coming altogether. I’ve tried using both local subtitles I have and downloaded ones, both disappear shortly after being selected.
A workaround I’ve found is to set subtitles to Burn In: Always in the Plex ATV App settings; this is not an ideal setup, and I hope that this issue is resolved soon.

your solution worked but the font it starts to look so ugly, I still prefer if Plex team can fix this issue
soon so we can enjoy the app as before with nice look of the subtitle and easy on the eyes.
