AndroidTV preroll not working - Client + Server Logs Attached to officially "report issue"

Player Version#: 10.1.2.4386

Preroll never starts playing. Tried 3 brands of AndroidTV boxes/TV’s. Works fine in Browser, Roku, Tablets, Phones.

Hi,

I also have the issue

The pre-roll is paused systematically each time I launch a movie on Plex Android TV client on Shield TV 2019 pro (lastest versions and firmware)
