Unable to get Pre-Roll working from WD PR2100 server

Player Version#: Apple TV Beta (1.39)
Player Version#: Plex for Samsung (3.84.3)
Player Version#: Plex for FireTV (7.10.0.8875)

Has anyone been able to get Pre-Roll working on a WD PR2100? I tried two different ways to try to get a pre-roll to work, but neither succeeded. I have Cinema Trailers turned on also and the trailer plans but the movie begins without the pre-roll.

I’ve tried the point to the full file location on the NAS as:

  1. /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Public/plexflix.mp4

  2. https://www.dropbox.com/s/16lvxfprdz3dnvo/Plexfilx.mp4?dl=0

(but neither play). I’ve tried the Enhanced Player on and off for the Apple TV but the Samsung and FireTV apps don’t have an option for an Enhanced Player. Since this is my first attempt at trying to get it to work, I think I’m just setting it up wrong since the issue is across all 3 devices, but if everything looks good, then I’ll submit a bug report (just don’t want to jump the gun too early)
