Any chance that plex scanner recognizes a very special show?

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Since Xmas I’m trying to make the scanner find this show in my library:
https://watch.plex.tv/de/show/the-royal-institution-christmas-lectures/season/2025/
Ho do I have to name the folders and episodes, so plex can scan them correctly?
I tried every name-combination. Also TVDB-IDs.
And folder-name exactly as on the wath.plex.tv website. Nothins works.
Maybe the problem is, that this season isn’t listed in IMDB?

In my testing library, I had to create the named as so

“The Royal Institution Christmas Lectures (1961) {tvdb-81067}'”

without the tvdb hint, it would not match

Yep. Should have tested first. Needs {tvdb-81067} to correctly match.

Oops, my bad, the year is 1966, I initially misread. I have the season & episode named similarly as FordGuy suggests.

Thank you all! Now I know what went wrong: I forgot “The” at the beginning and “(1966)”.
After that I had to move the whole folder up one directory (to parent “Documentarys” -Folder):
…and now it finally works! :smiley: Thanks a lot You are the best!
