any issues?

So if I installed this on an ATV3 does it interferre with anything else?  Also can I set it up so my parents can watch my movies from there house?

You "loose" the Apple Trailers app. But should be able to use the PMS plugin to get the same content.

Your parents might need an own PlexConnect host - but otherwise: yes, with MyPlex sharing they will be able to access your library.

You will need a PlexConnect running to use the functionality of the other ATV apps (unless you are willing to switch the ATV DNS server or have a Linux (eg Tomato / WRT based) based router that you can do the DNS redirection on.

OK little confused.....I thought Plex Connect got installed on ATV3 so whats this about my parents needing this?  My parents have a ATV3 already so I was going to install this on that.  How can they access my Plex Server at my house from there house?

They need a local plexconnect instance running.

Works great btw, my parents watch stuff from my PMS for two weeks now without issue.

>>I thought Plex Connect got installed on ATV3

Well, technically you can't install any own software ON your aTV3. With iOS devices you need a "jailbreak" to be able to do so... and aTV3 didn't get opened yet - and I think it probably never will.

The nice thing with PlexConnect is, that you don't have to jailbreak - but you get your Plex/MyPlex content to your aTV anyways. I guess, it is not playing fully accordign to Apple's rules, but works pretty well for that. Drawback: you need an external host (aka PlexConnect), providing DNS- and HTTP servers to do the protocoll translation.

Would you also need to ensure, so that his parents can access the shared content on his Plex Media Server, to port forward the Plex Media Server to port 32400?

So I install Plex Connect on the ATV3 and install PMS on there computer?  Is that how it works?

No... as I said:

>>you can't install any own software ON your aTV3.

You install PMS on your computer. You install/run PlexConnect on your computer. The only thing you install to your aTV is a SSL certificate...

-> WIKI?

It depends if UPNP is working on your router - you can check this by signing into MyPlex on your PMS.
