I live in a country where internet speed, reliability, and tech support is crappy as f*ck. i pay about $39 (when converted) monthly for a 30Mbps internet without a dedicated Static IP on my network (only the ISP’s Router has the static IP).
Static Private IP has already been set on the Router’s DHCP Server via MAC Binding and Port Forwarding has also been configured. However, Remote Access drops every now and then (no specific interval) where i suspect is due to my ISP recycling(?) the IP/Connection or something.
When out and about, i have no means of re-connecting the Remote Access. Heck, even when at home, monitoring the Remote Access status is a pain in the ass.
Was hoping there’s a bot, script, plugin, or anything that remedies this issue? If not, i do hope Plex would soon implement a feature as such.
