Any way to restore playlists from old server?

I run Plex Media Server on a Raspberry Pi 4. The SD card died, so I reinstalled PMS on a new card. The drive with all the media files is fine.

I didn’t keep any backups of the old data on the SD card.

The main thing I’ve lost are the play counts, and my custom playlists created… do these, especially the playlists, sync at all with any central Plex servers? I can’t find anything so think I have to resort to recreating them on the new PMS install? (I’m Lifetime PlexPass subscriber, if that helps here at all.)
Thanks!

They do not. The only thing that will optionally sync with your account is the single latest complete playback event of a movie or tv show episode. https://support.plex.tv/articles/sync-watch-state-and-ratings/

Without backing up of your server plex data folder (or at least the main database file), you will lose any server data in the case of a storage defect.
