As I hinted, I apologise if this has been asked before, but frankly my spinal injury has left me in too much pain to search for variations on the theme while I remember this request.
In essence, I upgraded the software, as I often do, when a new version becomes available. The time taken thankfully gives me time to complete the upgrade and restart/recycle the server before my 15yr old daughter comes in moaning like the world has ended.
She did have a point though - while in the same house and on the same LAN, a simple random ‘too slow’ (on an 11ac wifi attached to gigabit lan?) or unable to connect is not very friendly.
Please could this be considered… OR an option for the ‘admin’ to post a message to all/any users on at the time? (Mainly to save me teenaged grief)
