Simple custom notification screen to allow Server owners to notify Users about any manual server down time, instead of Users seeing “Server Unavailable” screen or an empty content warning and left wondering if its their device or Internet that needs restarting, they could see a “Back in 10” or “Updating Content” message and know when to check back in
