<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>i upgraded my plex pass to lifetime and ever since my phone app says no libraries. i have logged out and back in also reboot both pc and phone still notta. was working perfect before i did purchase. i had the monthly plex pass before. hope i get a reply or a good outcome to this so i didnt just waste all my money i paid. thank you
good to see that plex support is so fast and forthcoming to issues with software. they quick to take the money out for plex pass but not support.
Are these music or photo libraries? The new app doesn’t sorry music or photos so these libraries don’t show.
Go figure they took my lifetime payment then took half of the libraries access away. Good to know i never received a email stating they were going to remove those type. This is typical BS buisness these days. Thank you
There are now dedicated Plex apps for music and photos. Plexamp for music and Plex Photos for photos.
