App crash CE-34878-0

Hey guys,
I see there are a number of threads for this very app crash but since we’ve been putting up with this for weeks now I’ll add another.
We have 3x ps4’s in the house and it always seems to be that every time I update the plex server on my NAS issues with the plex client start happening. Eventually A client update happens and it might settle it down, till the next time. This last one seemed to make it worse!!
I don’t know what changed but it was super stable a couple of months ago. It’s getting quite frustrating as we use it every day and every day it’s crashing all the time! Please fix it!
To me it has all the hallmarks of a bad memory leak, very poorly optimized code. Not sure it’s of any help to say that, but it is usually crashing right after playing something, or going in and out of seasons browsing where there is lots of icons / episodes to display.
Plex is brilliant, we love it. Set all our entertainment up through it, and even bought a lifetime membership. But I’ve reported literally 100’s of times for this error now through Sony report function and it’s been going on for weeks. Why is it taking so long to correct it???
Have to add, I can run plex app straight off my Sony Bravia and not have this issue, also off PC, iPhone, and iPad - no problem it only seems to be the PlayStation app.
I normally use the ps4 app rather then the tv’s app because the tv obviously has a much lesser processor and is slower to load and use. It works, but it’s pretty slow. This would seem to further prove a memory leak situation as well. I can’t imagine the app for PlayStation and Bravia would be really different? Yet no issue with the latter.
Can an admin please respond. Seems there are lots of people having this issue.

This has been constantly bothering me also. I have been reporting every single crash but I don’t know if that information makes it to Plex. I want to up-vote this post!
