App.plex.tv is unable to connect securely, but can connect securely using Android and Roku TV Apps

I was hoping I could get some help figuring out why I get a message saying that “app.plex.tv is unable to connect securely” whenever I browser to https://app.plex.tv/desktop, but the same server is accessible from the Android app while on 5G cell data/no wi-fi. The Roku TV app is also able to see the server, but they are on the same network.

I’ve setup port forwarding on 32400 and the Remote Access screen on the server says that the server is “Fully accessible outside your network. You can access this server from signed-in Plex apps or in a browser at https://app.plex.tv/desktop”. Since I’m able to connect to the server through the Android App, while not connected to my home network, I’m pretty sure that bit is all working.

Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?
