App.plex.tv is unable to connect to "My Cloud Home" securely

I hope somebody could advice me on this issue.
Through Plex I could always connect to my ¨My cloud Home¨ device which can v¡be controlled through the My Home cloud settings. Since the introduction of the needed have Plex subscription an error appears on both IOS app and Web interface.
Plex Media server App within My Cloud = version 1.41.5.9522-a96edc606. has very limited user options.
It worked before the needed subscription of Plex, took the Plex subscription and getting the error on the shared folders the exclamation mark ! and app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “My Cloud Home” securely. Some people suggested to open a port on the Router, but as I said, it did work before the needed subscription.

Some advice please…

I forgot to mention, that at the time I took the Plex subscription, I had to reconfigures all the shares I had before, so actually reconfigure the shares on ‘my Cloud Home’ and these are at the moment viewable within the local home network. I am currently far away from my home… and getting the error Could not connect securely from within Plex. I can access the ‘My cloud home’ without problems.

Solution please, even with the ports opened it didn´t work. (32400)

Plex Pass or Remote Watch?

If the server is unclaimed or you are running in docker bridge mode it will have problems.

Restart your server, wait at least 3 minutes and provide the server logs.

Ofcourse we tried to restart our ¨My cloud Home¨ with the build in Plex server, without avail. The option for the Server logs, those I cannot find, because my option are very limited. And yes I obtained the Plex Pass. Please advise.

I think the Server is claimed, if not how is it possible to use in the private domain.!? Or am I wrong.

Go to the MyCloud app dashboard and make sure the Plex Media Server run app is toggled to on.

Yes I can confirm that the Plex Media Server run too is set to on.
I noticed a firmware update from the side of Western Digital, will check out the release fixes.

I simply cannot believe that I am the only one, who was using this Plex on a home cloud and having these issues.
