Since yesterday my Plex apps in Apple Tv and Ipad stop working with my cloud HOME server (always said server Disconnected on Plex App) but works fine in my iPhone and my LG Tv. I tried all things like restar my modem, My Cloud Home, reinstall apps and nothing fixed my problem. What can i do?
having a similar issue. since I downloaded the new IOS app, plex will not connect to my home server from the app (always says its offline) however, my firesticks continue to access it just fine. what is going on?
Similar issue for me as well. I use a couple of old ipads to watch Plex and both show my server as offline, but both only started this behavior in the the last couple weeks. Hopefully it is just a bug that will be fixed with the next update.
I am also experiencing this issue. Plex wont work with my iphone or appletv but works with my xbox one
The only way I could solve it was by changing the security settings of network connections and selecting disabled in the plex control panel, only then I could see plex again on my ipad and my apple tv. I think it’s not the safest thing but it was the only way to fix it. I hope this helps you

Hey, so I just did that Network security disabled thing above, at first it didn’t do anything so I signed out of the app and signed back in and now it works
So I went back to the settings and changed it back from disabled to preferred and the app was working a bit… but now it has stopped.
So I guess for now it needs to be disabled or just use Infuse until Plex updates for OS15 as infuse is working
The same thing happened to me, hopefully they will solve it soon.
