App.Plex.TV showing blank page in Firefox, local access works

I’m getting a blank page when trying to open https://app.plex.tv with Firefox 88.0 on Windows 10.
There’s no error or messages, just a blank black/grey page. This happens no matter if I use normal or private mode, and turning off enhanced tracking protection makes no difference.
The page will load normally and show a spinner, until it seems to try to add my library content, and then goes black.

Local access over http://[local ip]:32400/web/index.html#!/ works, as does opening the app.plex.tv page in MS Edge.

I’m running 1.22.3.4392-6000 on a Synology ARMv7 (x15 Series). The previous Plex Pass release worked fine but unfortunately, I did not keep the .spk file for that one.

Given it’s working on a different browser, there’s probably no issue with the server itself. Have you tried disabling any browser add-one/plug-ins/extensions that might interfere with the web app (e.g. ad/content blockers…)?

Yes, I’ve tried all that including private mode where I don’t run any add-ons.

It worked fine in the same browser until I updated to 1.22.3.4392-6000.

same problem here
tried the same
Firefox in private browsing, no add-ons version 88.0 windows - black screen after user selection
new FF profile on same PC - works
starting FF with add-ons disabled - black screen after user selection
same thing after clearing all cache data, cookies - black screen after user selection

opening up access to plex through https://[localipaddress]:32400/web - works

It looks there’s been a Firefox specific issue that is fixed with Plex Web 4.56.4

Confirmed, that fixed it. The page works again.
