After playing any one movie in Plex.app, subsequent movies fail frozen and will not playback as if stuck in pause even after scrubbing playback point or force quitting app. Only restarting AppleTV is a workaround after every single video.

The errors in your logs are the lines marked with an :x:
ffmpeg doesn’t seem happy doing HW decoding,
other times you lose internet connection.
