Apple T V Theme Music not playing and Audio cutting out

Latest Public release of macOS Server and latest Apple TV update 17.4.

… carried on from Australian Content Rating discussion.
The theme music only works on rare occasions or not at all, but works fine on iOS as does the autoplay feature.

I tried the Old Video Player and Old Audio Engine, but the audio cut out half way through a TV episode… I disabled the old Audio Engine and that fixed the audio. With the Old Video Player on, the episodes started with no pause and continued to the next episode.

Where exactly are you hitting play? on an individual episode? using a long press from continue watching?

Can you grab the apple tv logs right after it happens.

I think I have solved the problem about the audio and theme music and not starting to play.
I had an ARC connection from the Apple TV to the TV for my HomePods to play TV channel sound.
When I turned ARC off the problem disappeared. I now have both new video and audio in the Plex app on and working correctly.
The only thing left now is the Australian Content ratings as we are discussing in the other topic.
Thank you for your help and hopefully Plex can solve the other one.
