Apple TV 4 resume after pause broken

ATV 4K + Synology DS920+ Plex freezes with Play / FF / Seek / Jump

I have four seperate AppleTV 4Ks all running latest TVOS (14.4) and latest Plex App (7.15). The Plex Server is running on a Synology DS920+. Regardless of which AppleTV we use, whenever we press Play / Pause or try to scan forward or backwards and then press Play again, the TVOS Plex App freezes.
