Plex for Apple TV 8.6 is FUBAR and completely useless, **making Plex abruptly entirely without any worth whatsoever for Apple-TV-based cord-cutter customers.

Did we not accurately use the right secret decoder ring to post in the correct forum category?

My experience has been that the Plex support model stinks:

- communication regarding issues is haphazard at best;
-
- customers are forced to waste considerable time wading through obsolete, unresolved postings; and
-
- corrections happening for buggy recent-releases appears capricious.

Why wasn’t the Apple TV forum category monitored closely upon its release?

As far as I understand, Plex for Apple TV customers are completely helpless, having no ability to revert back to a useful, stable version. (With PMS for Mac or Plex for Mac, users can revert versions. While a pain, it’s even possible to revert iOS app versions.) Apple TV apps, in general, need much more careful release QA and QC—Plex is no exception.
